Lynne Pritchard
A freelance HR consultant since 2000, Lynne Pritchard has a background in public and private sectors, with experience of both start-up and established organisations. She has worked in a variety of industries including manufacturing, bio-tech, software and online payments.
She achieved Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2002, following incorporation as a Member in 1992. Lynne is a generalist HR professional with practical hands-on experience of all areas of human resources management from structured recruitment through policy development and implementation to handling all aspects of the employment relationship from beginning to end.
Aidan Walmsley
A Human Resources professional, with extensive experience in both strategic and operational roles, mainly in commercial sectors including Engineering, Shipping, Financial Services, Media, IT and Utilities.
Provides HR advisory service for SMEs within East Anglia/London covering the whole range of HR support. This includes strategies for attracting and retaining staff, the acquisition and transfer of undertakings, and the management of staff issues such as contracts of employment, disciplinary activities, sickness absence, terminations and redundancy.

Susan McKay
Having gained a Masters from St Andrews University in Modern Languages and Politics / International Relations, she began her career in London. Working within the recruitment industry she went from junior consultant to Senior in a very short space of time. Covering many industries she finally specialised in the recruitment of Sales & Marketing professionals and Executive level. A move across the Atlantic saw her continue her consulting giving career advice and CV structure to military personnel and members of the public. Coaching and mentoring people in their career choice is what she enjoys and does so with a high degree of professionalism.
Noel Woodgate
Noel’s expertise comes from his wide operational experience successfully selecting, building and running teams in sales, marketing and customer service disciplines as well as supporting the development of people within the corporate environment.
He now works independently, helping companies of all sizes with every aspect of customer engagement, focus on improving revenues and develop performance management strategies.
Many of his clients' successes have come from his Coaching Programmes which have allowed Managers to drive real performance improvement across their teams through effective coaching strategies
Noel is also a qualified coach with The Mind Gym.
