This means that we have direct experience of hiring via agencies, appreciate our clients’ frustrations and in-house constraints, and understand what our clients look for in a good supplier.
With our background, we look at recruitment as just one part of a resource strategy and appreciate that retention and employee development is just as important, thus looking at each client as an ongoing development, rather than a one-stop billing avenue. We have consultants to cover most sectors and skill sets, and work as a team to ensure we can deliver what we have agreed with you. We won’t take the work on unless we feel we can deliver.
Our current team work on a flexible basis which motivates us, and as we are not constrained by office hours, our candidate management is not similarly restricted which enables us to market your vacancies to candidates out of office hours. Our support team can provide adhoc or retained services to help you screen CVs or maintain your talent pool. This can be provided adhoc or on a retained basis and can certainly prove more cost effective than hiring additional in-house HR personnel.
