What makes us unique is that we are mainly HR qualified, or experienced in-house recruiters with specialist knowledge and training in the resourcing field. This means that we have direct experience of hiring via agencies, appreciate our clients’ frustrations and in-house constraints, and understand what our clients look for in a good supplier.
With our background, we look at recruitment as just one part of a resource strategy and appreciate that retention and employee development is just as important, thus looking at each client as an ongoing development, rather than a one-stop billing avenue. We like to spend some time with you when we first work with you, at our own expense. It helps us understand your business and the type of people you like to employ.

We have consultants to cover most sectors and skill sets, and work as a team to ensure we can deliver what we have agreed with you. We won’t take the work on unless we feel we can deliver.
Our current team work on a flexible basis which motivates us, and as we are not constrained by office hours, our candidate management is not similarly restricted which enables us to market your vacancies to candidates out of office hours. We also put a huge focus on our candidate management and care, and in the continued war for talent, we believe that this, coupled with contingency recruitment pricing, is the key factor in our success.

Just some of the Recruiting Team
Jenny Macdonald
Jenny has 10+ years experience of resource across all levels and functions including senior management and executive, locally and nationally across various sectors, and of various sizes; from top consultancies through to SME marketplace. Sector expertise includes telecoms, engineering, FMCG, medical devices, and insurance. She is an expert in end-to-end recruitment, both from an in-house and a supplier perspective, and understands the constraints and motivations of all parties involved in the process. A strong believer in treating others how one wants to be treated, she always works to best practice. She is currently a member of the Institute of Directors and CIPD, and has gained extensive knowledge within HR practices.
Having wanted to set up her own recruitment and HR consultancy, in Autumn 07, she was provided with the opportunity of starting up Waterfall Resourcing Ltd with a number of long term associates. As well as being hands-on with the business, she is currently sole executive director and manages the business with support from the founding team.
Jenny has also been MD for Comemploy.com Ltd since Jan 07 which is in development stages of cutting edge online job board technologies, due to be launched during 2008.

Rebecca Faux
Rebecca is an experienced recruiter, to whom professionalism and integrity are paramount; she has worked in a number of sectors including Finance, IT, Admin and Hospitality. Having held director-level responsibility, she is aware of the constraints of time and money in relation to successful recruitment and an understanding of employers’ needs has been developed over twelve years of partnership building with large, small, start-up and well-established companies.
Most recently Rebecca has been working on a consultancy basis advising on effective recruitment and resourcing key staff for technology organisations in the Cambridgeshire area.

Henri McGeough
Henri’s career first started in the direct sales industry 8 years ago for a large national home improvement company, where he climbed the steps up the ladder of success going from a sales consultant to assistant branch manager and then went on to gain 5 years experience of branch management. Some of his main responsibilities included: all aspects of recruitment and training within the sales and marketing personnel, administration of sales, appointments generation and distribution and debriefing.
With a proven track record of not just achieving targets but smashing them, he has reaped the rewards of all inclusive incentives such as Las Vegas, Dubai and Sun City just to name a few. Henri has spent the past year developing his experience in the business to business market place, with CPA where he achieved best new start in the UK, whilst at the same time helping set up Waterfall.
