Contingency Recruitment – Permanent & Interim

We provide a high level of service in a market where the ‘spray and pray’ approach is common. If you give us the opportunity, we’ll take the time to understand your organisation, in order to gain a high success rate (it benefits us to). We will utilise our contacts and talent pool, advertise at our cost where necessary, screen to a high level, and then deliver relevant candidates in timely manner.

Our experienced recruiters and researchers work together to identify potential candidates, discreetly market your opportunity, provide a qualified shortlist, then manage the process through to hire.

CV Screening & Database Management

Our support team can provide adhoc or retained services to help you screen CVs or maintain your talent pool. This can be provided adhoc or on a retained basis and can certainly prove more cost effective than hiring additional in-house HR personnel.
